Michael has served the company for 44 years and is the past Chairman of the International Natural Sausage Casing Association (INSCA). He is responsible for the processing of raw materials and selection of the casings.
Joel has served the company for 33 years. He is responsible for our domestic and equipment sales and is also the CFO of the company. He has served as INSCA treasurer and has also served on the board of trustees of the American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP).
